Alice J. Foster v. Addie Bock and Another

Action in the district court for Crow Wing county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff arising out of a collision between her auto and the car of defendant Addie Bock. The case was tried before Graham M. Torrance, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $15,000 returned for plaintiff against defendants. From an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendants appealed.
