Descrição da editora
Two actions in the district court for Dakota county, one by Alice Johnson for personal injuries sustained when she fell in
defendant store and one by her husband, Arthur E. Johnson, for consequential damages. The cases were tried together before
W. A. Schultz, Judge, and a jury, which returned verdicts for $7,000 and $3,500 in favor of Alice and Arthur respectively.
Defendant appealed in each action from an order denying its alternative motion for judgment or a new trial. AUTHOR: KNUTSON
