Descrição da editora

This is an appeal from a conviction for felony driving while intoxicated. After the jury found Wesley Gene Aliff (Aliff) guilty, the trial court sentenced him to ten (10) years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice--Institutional Division. Aliff brings two points of error relating to the trial courts refusal to include the defenses of involuntary intoxication and temporary insanity not induced by intoxication.
