Allen v. State

1 Appellant, Clayton Levi Allen, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with a co-defendant, Twana Denise Ward, and convicted in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-73-168, for the crime of Grand Larceny in violation of 21 O.S. 1971 § 1701 [21-1701]. A jury acquitted the defendant Twana Denise Ward and defendant Clayton Levi Allens punishment was set at a term of one (1) year in the State penitentiary. From said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
