Allison Ross, Plaintiff in Error v. John Doe on the Demise of Adam Barland

This was an action of ejectment, originally instituted in a Circuit Court of the state of Missisippi. Upon the trial of the cause, in the Court of original jurisdiction, the defendant excepted to the opinion of the Court, in overruling instructions moved on his part, to be given to the jury, and also to the instructions given by the Court, at the trial of the cause.
