Aloha R. Jones v. Jones

This action was brought for a divorce. The husband answered and cross-complained. The trial court granted the interlocutory decree to the wife on the ground of cruelty, found certain specified property to be the community property of the parties and divided it between them, and awarded the wife $175 per month alimony and $300 attorneys fees. The husband appeals, challenging each major ruling made by the trial court.
