Alpine View Co. Limited v. Atlas Copco Ab

Plaintiffs-Appellants challenge the district courts grant of Defendants-Appellees motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and for forum non conveniens. They also challenge a magistrate judges order denying them discovery on matters they argue are relevant to the personal jurisdiction issue. We conclude that the district court did not err in dismissing the case against all of the defendants and therefore affirm.
