Ambrose v. Welch

This case is before the Court upon Clay Ambroses appeal from an order of the United States Magistrate denying him leave to proceed in forma pauperis unless he paid a partial filing fee. Upon consideration of the briefs and oral argument we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
