Amear v. Hall

Plaintiff Hakaru Shishido (Shishido) appeals from the judgment entered in favor of the State of Hawaii (State) pursuant to an order granting States motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. The sole issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in granting States motion. We reverse and remand the action for reinstatement of the jury verdict and judgment.
