American Buildings Company v. Dbh

TOMLIN, Justice. This is the second time this case has been before us. The issues now presented pertain only to the question of damages, and more particularly concern themselves with the proof of lost profits due DBH Attachments, Inc., arising from a delay in its occupancy of a new manufacturing plant caused by the improper installation of a negligently designed roof structure which was manufactured by American Buildings Company.
