WEICK, Circuit Judge. The Thirty-Fifth Annual Walking Horse National Celebration Show was held in Shelbyville, Tennessee from August 23rd to September 1st, 1973. Entered in that competition among other horses, was Replica Rebel T, a registered Tennessee walking horse owned by T. R. Becker. The horse was trained by Alvin Roberts.
