Becker v. Tillamook Bay Lumber Co‪.‬

TOOZE, Justice. This is a suit commenced by Ola May Becker, as plaintiff, against Tillamook Bay Lumber Co., a corporation, Herold E. Wade, and Cecil R. Pearson, as defendants, to enjoin defendants from performing certain acts which are alleged to have damaged plaintiffs property, and for damages. The trial court entered a decree dismissing plaintiffs suit with prejudice, and plaintiff appeals.
