d1022 SC: 106757 COA: 190845 WCACO: 91-000706 By order of March 28, 1997, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decisions in Stepp v General Motors Corp (Docket No. 103099), Goff v Bil-Mar Foods, Inc (Docket No. 102865), Dudley v Morrison Industrial Equipment Co (Docket No. 103634), and in abeyance for Layman v Newkirk Electric Associates, Inc (Docket No. 105245). On order of the Court, the order granting leave to appeal in Stepp having been vacated by order of November 25, 1997, the decisions in Goff and Dudley having been issued on June 3, 1997, 454 Mich 507 (1997), and the decision in Layman having been issued on July 30, 1998, the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the October 31, 1995 decision of the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission and REMAND this case to the magistrate to determine whether actual events of employment contributed to, aggravated, or accelerated a mental disability in a significant manner. Gardner v Van Buren Public Schools, 445 Mich 23 (1994). The motion for peremptory reversal is also considered, and it is DENIED as moot. We do not retain jurisdiction.
