2 This action was brought by Herbert Alton May, plaintiff, to recover damages for personal injuries, pain and suffering, medical expense incurred and to be incurred, and for property damage to his pickup truck allegedly sustained by him in a collision between his pickup truck which he was driving and a truck owned by the defendant, Beckman, Inc., which truck at the time of the collision was negligently driven by the defendant, Ira Lee Livingston, employee of the defendant corporation.
