Bedell V. Schiedler

Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of her claim for habeas corpus relief.*fn1 She contends that the circuit court erred in dismissing her claim for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. ORCP 21A(1).*fn2 We review  for errors of law, ORS 34.710, and reverse.
