Beebe v. Fraktman

1 REPORTER'S NOTE: Previously filed as an unpublished opinion, the Supreme Court granted a motion to publish by an order dated June 26, 1996, pursuant to Rule 7.04 (1995 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 40). Nancy Carol Beebe, mother of A.R., and Steven Sublett, special administrator of A.R.'s estate sued, alleging the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) workers Ann Mar-Mason and Rebecca Fraktman were negligent in their investigation of child abuse allegations involving A.R.'s father. As a result, they claim A.R. was killed by her father.
