Beefy Trail v. Beefy King International

This is an appeal by Beefy Trail, Inc., plaintiff, from a final judgment directing a verdict in favor of Beefy King, defendant, and dismissing the cause. Plaintiff purchased a Beefy King franchise from defendant and by his complaint below seeks to recover the purchase price of the franchise, organizational expenses and the cost of equipment to operate such franchise as damages resulting from defendants alleged material breach of the franchise agreement.
