Descrição da editora

¶1 David Paul Campbell appeals pro se from the Decision and Order on Trial Issues, the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment of Divorce, and the division of marital property and maintenance granted thereunder. David asserts that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it: (1) determined that the property division between David and his wife, Carmenza Campbell, would be a 50:50 division; (2) determined that the post-marital agreement between the parties was unenforceable; and (3) awarded Carmenza maintenance of $2000 per month for a period of six years. Because we conclude that the trial court did not erroneously exercise its discretion, we affirm.
