1. Divorce ? Welfare of child paramount. Under statute authorizing court in action for divorce to give directions for custody, care and education of children of marriage, interest and welfare of child is paramount consideration of court. 2. Divorce ? Decree properly modified ? Splitting custody between father and mother. Divorce decree awarding custody of child of parties to its father except for two weeks of year and granting mother of child right to take child to her home during one weekend of each month was properly modified under evidence so as to grant mother custody of child for approximately nine and one-half months of year until child reached age of ten years, and so granting custody of child to its father for remainder of year which constituted summer vacation period for such child, and granting mother right to visit child during such vacation.
