Campbell v. Gooding

In this consolidated appeal, plaintiff Carol Clarke Campbell and her trial attorneys, Rose Palermo and Gwen McFarland, challenge the district courts award of attorney fees against plaintiff under 42 U.S.C. § 1988 and her attorneys under 28 U.S.C. § 1927. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
