Campbell v. Jacksonville Kennel Club

Defendant, Harley A. Conner, was indicted for the murder in the first degree of Mark Read, Sheriff of Gilchrist County, Florida. He plead not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. The jury returned a verdict finding him guilty of murder in the first degree with no recommendation of mercy. Defendants motion for new trial was denied. He then entered his appeal from the judgment and sentence of the court.
