Campbell v. Kawananakoa

Defendant Hawaiian Holiday Macadamia Nut Co., Inc. (Hawaiian Holiday) appeals the summary judgment in favor of plaintiff W. H. Shipman, Limited (Shipman). Hawaiian Holiday contends that the lower court abused its discretion in imposing on it extreme discovery sanctions, thereby precluding it from resisting Shipmans motion for summary judgment. We agree and vacate the judgment.
