PER CURIAM. In this appeal of a judgment involving workmen's compensation benefits, we are called upon to determine whether an employer's statutory right of reimbursement for compensation benefits paid an injured employee extends to an employee's recovery in a third-party tort suit of uninsured motorist coverage benefits under a policy maintained by his employer.
