Fresh off a big payday and headed stateside to visit his children, Birmingham PI Napoleon "Nappy" Clancy expects theme parks and sunshine. Instead, he finds his ex-wife's biker boyfriend — Billy Bob Taylor — has snatched the kids and vanished into the Southern sprawl.
