A Federal Way ordinance requires erotic dancers in adult cabarets to stay at least four feet away from patrons. A four-foot rule does not violate either the state or federal constitution. Earlier decisions clearly preclude D©jë Vu's present challenge to the Federal Way ordinance. The action is frivolous.
