Daly and Others v. Natural Resources Board

The action in circuit court was to review an order of the Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter the DNR) granting a permit to build a dam across Linzy Creek in Menominee county. The circuit court vacated and set aside a part of the order affecting other dams in Menominee county but affirmed the order granting the permit for the dam in question. The appeal is only from that part of the judgment affirming the order authorizing the permitting of the construction of the dam described in the application for the permit.
