Dan C. Worrall v. Ogden City Fire

MAUGHAN, Justice: Plaintiff appeals from an adverse ruling of the trial court. He was a denied relief, on procedural grounds, for his discharge as a fireman with Ogden City. This matter is reversed and remanded with an order to refer plaintiffs claims to the Ogden City Civil Service Commission, that he might have an opportunity for a post-termination hearing.
