Dan Feggins v. State Indiana

John D. Beckles, known as "Trinidad," occupied a house in Terre Haute in which he operated a gambling establishment. In the morning of September 27, 1975, several persons were in this house gambling on dice. The appellant and decedent Walter Barnett were gambling together; appellant was winning from Barnett. Some words were exchanged between the men, and Barnett lunged at appellant with a Barlow pocket knife with a three and seven-eighths inch blade.
