Taxation -- action to contest assessment -- remedies of taxpayer. 1. Where Minn. St. 1941, § 278.01 (Mason St. 1940 Supp. § 2126-1), and Id. § 429.16 (Mason St. 1927, § 1918-30), affords
a taxpayer an adequate remedy at law to contest assessment proceedings or the collection of the assessment, taxpayer is not
entitled to maintain a suit in equity to enjoin the collection of the assessment.
