Daniel Gonzales v. State Texas

Appellant was convicted of the offense of arson under V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 28.02(a)(1), and his punishment assessed at five years. Sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation for a period of ten years. Subsequently appellants probation was revoked, and a five year sentence was imposed.
