Descrição da editora

Plaintiff-appellant, Daniel J. Vencil, asserts, in summary, that the court below wrongly interpreted the applicable law and
further erred in concluding that the evidence failed to establish he was entitled to workers' compensation benefits from his
employer, defendant-appellee Valmont Industries, Inc. We affirm. Vencil, having been born on March 9, 1961, is 30 years old. He graduated from high school on May 16, 1979, and began working
for Valmont on August 27 of that year. He continued in this employment, his first and only full-time job, until July 31, 1989.
Although he performed various duties, his work at all times required continuous bending, twisting, stooping, and the lifting
and pushing of items weighing up to 200 pounds.
