Daniel K. Mccarty v. State Indiana

In our opinion dated August 24, 1987, the majority concluded that contracts between Acutus and Mathas violated a bankruptcy statute and that the contracts were, therefore, void and violative of public policy. Mathas filed a petition for rehearing which we now grant.
