HALL, Justice: Defendant David L. Fitzen (hereinafter "Fitzen") appeals from the district courts refusal to accept his version of an accounting pertaining to the affairs of a joint venture and from the dismissal of his action to void a lien encumbrance on certain of the property of the venture.
