Daniels v. Army National Bank

The opinion of the court was delivered by This lender liability action is before this court on the
petition for review of a Court of Appeals decision (unpublished
opinion filed April 26, 1991). Robert and Patricia Daniels
purchased land and contracted with Gerald Gerleman to construct
their home. On Gerleman's recommendation, the Daniels obtained a
$106,400 construction loan from Army National Bank (the bank) to
construct their new home in Leavenworth County.
