Goddard, J. This is an appeal from two orders of the Chancery Court for Hamilton County. The first ordered the sale of property owned
by Kiyo Linden Gaddy and the proceeds impounded, and the second awarded attorney fees to her former husband, Danny D. Gaddy
to be paid out of the impounded funds.
