BURKE, Justice. OPINION. Plaintiffs, Albert and Karen Ivey, brought suit to quiet title to certain real property, claiming that they had acquired title thereto by adverse possession. The record owner, Darrel Penn, counter-claimed, seeking to quiet his own title to the property. Judgment was entered for the Iveys, and Penn now appeals.
