Descrição da editora
Appellants Darya, Inc. d/b/a Executive Taxi and Nasser Mansourian appeal the trial courts post-judgment discovery order dated May 11, 2007. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 621a. Among other things, that order required payment of $1,500 attorneys fees as requested by the plaintiff below, appellee Uche Christian. Appellants assert the trial court abused its discretion in awarding attorneys fees as a sanction. For the reasons set forth herein, we agree, and modify that order by vacating the portion awarding attorneys fees. We affirm the order as modified.
