Data Management Systems v. Edp Corporation

PER CURIAM: Plaintiff Data Management Systems ("Data") is a Wisconsin corporation. Defendant EDP Corporation ("EDP") is a Utah corporation which develops, sells, and maintains computer software for use by credit unions and other related businesses. Its president is Paul Allison and vice-president is Audrey Allison, his mother. EDP attempts to avoid plaintiffs enforcement in Utah of a Wisconsin judgment for damages.
