David Pethtel v. State Indiana

Defendant-Appellant Troy Frederick Bridges was convicted by a jury in the Marion Superior Court of class C felony attempted burglary, class D felony theft and two counts of class C felony burglary. The jury further found Appellant to be a habitual criminal. The trial court subsequently sentenced Appellant to a composite term of thirty-five years imprisonment.
