WILKINS, Justice: This is an appeal from the entry of a summary judgment in favor of Defendant Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company (hereafter "Mountain Bell") and against Plaintiff David W. Jensen (hereafter "Plaintiff"). The issue presented is whether the District Court of Salt Lake County correctly ruled as a matter of law that Mountain Bell was not the proximate cause of injuries sustained by plaintiff.
