David Walter Troedel v. State Florida

Daniel Lee Doyle, a prisoner under sentence of death, petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus and requests a stay of execution. Doyle also appeals the trial courts denial of his motion to vacate judgment and sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, sections 3(b)(1) and (3)(b)(9), Florida Constitution and deny all relief.
