Day v. State

The plaintiff in error (hereinafter defendant) was convicted of burglary and theft in violation of secs. 943.10 (1) (a), 943.20 (1) (a) and 943.30 (3) (b), Stats. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent indeterminate terms of not more than five years in the Wisconsin State Prison.
