Doe v. State

John Doe, a juvenile, appeals from the order of the district court affirming the magistrates decree that Doe falls within the purview of the Juvenile Corrections Act for committing three acts of lewd and lascivious conduct. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the district courts order in part, reverse in part, and remand.
