Emil P. Hierl v. Homer C. Mcclure

Action in the district court for Douglas county for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a collision between
an auto owned and driven by plaintiff and one owned and driven by defendant. The case was consolidated with an action by defendant
against plaintiff for purposes of trial only, they were tried before W. F. Rogosheske, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict was
