Ex Parte Sandra Lee Bishop Rogers

This is an original habeas corpus proceeding. Relator Sandra Lee Bishop Rogers was adjudged in contempt of the 137th District Court of Lubbock County, Texas. The contemptuous acts were her failure to return, at the end of a visitation period, the minor children of her marriage to Gary Bishop, and keeping them beyond the jurisdiction of the court for a period in excess of four years. We granted leave to file a petition for habeas corpus and released relator on bond pending determination of this cause.
