Descrição da editora

Action brought against the Village of Shorewood Hills by Carola Myrlyn Feirn, an infant, and her father, to recover damages under the safe place statutes, Ch. 101, Stats., for injury sustained as the result of Carola slipping and falling upon the platform of a public pier constructed and maintained by the village for public swimming and bathing. Defendant demurred to plaintiffs' complaint on the ground that it did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. The court overruled the demurrer and defendant appealed from the order to that effect. FRITZ, Justice.
