Feit v. Zoller

Plaintiffs are the owners of certain farm land lying south and east of farm land owned by the defendant. The plaintiffs own and maintain a ditch, which carries water to irrigate their lands. On its way to the plaintiffs lands, the ditch runs through the eastern edge of the defendants land.
