Felix Mccavic and Another v. Antonio

Two actions in the district court for St. Louis county, consolidated for trial and heard together on appeal, for an injunction
to enjoin defendant from maintaining, and requiring him to remove, a portion of a building owned by him in the city of Virginia
which protruded beyond a setback line prescribed by city ordinance. After findings for plaintiffs, Edward Freeman, Judge,
