Garcia v. El Paso Limited Partnership

Miguel Angel Garcia brought a wrongful death action against El Paso Limited Partnership d/b/a Sonic Drive-In No. 9 (Sonic) for negligently failing to provide adequate security at a Sonic Drive-In which allegedly resulted in the shooting death of Appellants son by a member of a rival gang. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Sonic. We affirm.
