Gian-Grasso v. State

Nicolo Gian-Grasso appeals the trial courts summary denial of his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief. The motion raised several claims of ineffective assistance of counsel. We hold that the trial courts summary denial of the motion was proper as to all but one of the claims.
